To give an example of what we've been working on in this area, one of our current projects is a mixed residential/commercial rental property located in the Back Mountain. This property has a projected IRR of 30-40% based on past & current income and operating expenses as well as the projected sale price in approximately 20 years. While most projects do not results in returns this high, this case does highlight the tremendous opportunities which can be found in the world of real estate investing.
